SimiGon Inc., based in Orlando, FL, is an independent wholly owned subsidiary of SimiGon Ltd. SimiGon Inc. is focused on providing next-generation training & simulation services to the U.S. government, defense contractors and commercial customers.

Founded in 2001, SimiGon Inc. is a U.S. small business operating under a Special Security Agreement (SSA).

The Company operates in full compliance of the ITAR and security protocols.

SimiGon’s talented management and highly motivated workforce is focused on delivering world class training solutions to its diverse, worldwide customer base.


Amos (Ami) Vizer

Amos (Ami) Vizer

Executive Chairman, President and CEO

Before founding SimiGon, Amos Vizer, was the Marketing and Business Development Manager of ISYS Operational Management Systems, an international IT company as well as the founder of Logi-Cali, a software developer. Amos Vizer also worked for the Missiles division of the RAFAEL Corporation and held a managerial position at Israel's Defense Ministry. Additionally, Amos Vizer served ten years in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) as an F-4 Phantom Fighter navigator, a flight school course commander and a Popeye missile weapons officer. Amos Vizer's education includes a BA in Business Administration and extensive training in advanced software development.  

Jack Sarnicki

President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Sarnicki has 25 years of experience in the United States Air Force (USAFR) where he held both operational flight and technical engineering positions, ending his military career as Chief Evaluation Engineer at the USAF's Simulation & Analysis Facility. Mr. Sarnicki is an accomplished command pilot having flown five different USAF aircraft types during his military career. In his commercial career, Mr. Sarnicki has held multiple senior level sales and management positions for various aerospace and defense businesses. Before coming to SimiGon, Mr. Sarnicki held the position of Chief Operating Officer of VT-Miltope, where he was responsible for the daily management and operation of a $70 million ruggedized computer manufacturer selling directly to the U.S. government and commercial aerospace companies. Mr. Sarnicki’s education includes an MBA from Keller School of Business, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, a commercial pilots license and the award of three U.S. technical patents.

Dr. Wes Naylor, CAPT, USN (Ret)

Advisory Board Member

Dr. Wes Naylor, CAPT, USN (Ret) is a visionary in the field of next-generation learning technologies and their application within the military, cyber, and commercial training domain. Dr. Naylor currently serves the community as a leader in the domains of government, industry, and academia as Managing Partner of Fifty Pound Brains and a faculty member at the University of Central Florida.

Dr. Naylor, a distinguished Naval officer for over 27 years, is a former Commanding Officer of the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). As a leader of the Navy's principal center for research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition and product support of training systems, Dr. Naylor developed, planned, and executed learning and cultural initiatives to transform a 400,000-person organization. His unique expertise led to consultation on future projects for the White House, Department of Defense, and the Department of the Navy. As a successful, serial entrepreneur, Dr. Naylor has also founded a variety of companies in the B2B, B2G, and commercial space. 

Ary Nussbaum

VP Business Development

Mr. Nussbaum serves as SimiGon Inc’s VP Business Development and is responsible for expanding SimiGon’s Government and Commercial sales footprint and customer acquisition in the US, Canada and Latin America. Prior to his promotion, he was the Director, Business Development, having joined SimiGon Inc. in 2009. With 20 years of experience in the training and simulation industry Mr. Nussbaum combines deep technical expertise and understanding stakeholders to build private and public sector partnerships. Entrepreneurial, strategic, and determined, Mr. Nussbaum is driving his team to generate growth and customer retention in increasingly competitive markets.

Mr. Nussbaum is an FAA certified pilot with an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a BA from William Paterson University.

Jonathan Blaede

Lead ISD

Mr. Blaede is SimiGon Inc.’s Lead Instructional Systems Designer (ISD), working to incorporate Virtual Instructor lessons, data analytics and XR technologies into the Company’s innovative training solutions. Mr. Blaede joined SimiGon Inc. in 2014 and is focused on providing instructional support to our end users, partners and internal customers. Mr. Blaede has over 25 years of experience developing computer-based and simulation-based training for commercial and military domains in the US and international markets. Prior to working as an Instructional Developer, Mr. Blaede served with the US Marine Corps as an Avionics Technician for the F/A-18 A/B/C/D aircraft, and as a Certified Navy Instructor at the Naval Air Maintenance Training Detachment (NAMTRADET) at NAS Lemoore, California.

Teresa Guthrie

Office/HR Manager

Ms. Guthrie joined SimiGon in 2004. Ms. Guthrie is responsible for the oversight of the Human Resources department and a key member of the Finance Team. Ms. Guthrie also supports day-to-day operations including payroll, purchasing and project coordination. Before joining SimiGon, Ms. Guthrie was part owner of an auto & commercial glass business. Ms. Guthrie is a graduate of Brock University in Ontario, Canada where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree.  


TJ Ashby

Technical Services Manager

Mr. Ashby is SimiGon Inc.’s Technical Services Manager, focusing on both product deliveries and internal Research and Development (R&D) efforts. He has successfully led numerous product deliveries and has made key contributions on SimiGon’s technical journey into the world of virtual, mixed and augmented reality. Mr. Ashby joined SimiGon Inc. as a software developer in 2016 and has quickly distinguished himself as a lead technology developer. Having over a decade of experience as a gaming and simulation developer, Mr. Ashby’s prior experience was focused on development of computer system algorithms. Mr. Ashby has a B.S. in Computer Science through game development from Full Sail University.
