SimiGon (LSE: SIM), a global leader in providing simulation training solutions, is pleased to announce the successful systems deliveries of its F-16 VMT solution for the Israeli Air Force (the “IAF), announced on 04 April 2017 (the “Programme”) and pronounced as Ready for Training (RFT). The F-16 VMT supporting the aircraft’s C, D and I variants is used by the IAF technician training academy in support of basic through advanced maintenance training tasks.

SimiGon’s maintenance training technology infrastructure and solution significantly increases training effectiveness over traditional maintenance training methods and has led to additional maintenance training contracts.

The delivery of the F-16 VMT, comprised of high-resolution graphics; interactive, Virtual Instructor-led courseware; classroom management; and more than 150 job guides, strengthens the Company's market position to pursue and win additional business. There are more than 3,000 operational F-16s in service today in 25 countries.

Mr. Jack Sarnicki, SimiGon Inc.’s President & Chief Operating Officer, said: "The F-16 VMT RFT proves the calculated risk and investment we have been making in maintenance training technologies is worthwhile. We expect this market to continue to bear fruits in the near term and long term with the IAF and the wider aviation maintenance training market."
