VP Marketing and Sales for Leading Training and Simulation Company - Orlando, Fl. (#720)

SimiGon is looking for a highly competitive VP with extensive training and simulation industry experience who possesses executive capability to oversee North America sales and marketing efforts and increase the company’s market share.

An ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Annual strategy, forecast and marketing plans
  • Achieve Sales and Revenue Goals
  • Manage the Marketing and Sales team
  • Business development activities (work closely with the President and CEO)
  • Market analysis and segmentation

Director of Business Development for the Defense Industry - Orlando, Fl. (#721)

Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years business experience in marketing and business development for defense and industry in the training and simulation arena; creative and proven ability to develop new business alliances and sales opportunities.

Candidates must be familiar with industry procurement process, government and defense contracting vehicles and be able to research and identify business opportunities.

Proposal writing experience for large scale programs - as team member or leader - is a must.

Availability and flexibility for frequent traveling is a must.

SimiGon has a wide range of products and capabilities – self-learning skills are critical in all of the job aspects and to achieving success.

Proficiency with MS Office required.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify and target new customers and sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business
